BOPA Bojanovic & Partners Expands Competition, Corporate & Commercial and Tax practices with Strategic New Hires

As a testament to our continued growth and dedication to excellence, Bojanovic & Partners is proud to announce the expansion of our Competition, Corporate & Commercial, and Taxation departments with the arrival of Jelena Obradovic, Andrea Fluture, and Milica Mijatovic, as well as Maja Celeketic, acting as a paralegal in several departments.

We are particularly honoured to welcome Jelena Obradovic as a Partner and head of our Competition practice and a valuable member of our Regulatory and Corporate & Commercial practices. Widely recognized as one of the leading competition lawyers in the Serbian market, Ms. Obradovic brings a wealth of experience and an outstanding track record of success. She previously led the Corporate and Competition department at Zunic Law Firm and held senior positions at Karanovic & Partners and Schönherr. Earlier in her career, she worked as an attorney at Specht & Partner and began her legal journey as a trainee at Zivkovic & Samardzic.

Joining alongside Ms. Obradovic are two other highly accomplished legal professionals and one experienced paralegal, and we are honoured to welcome them:

Andrea Fluture, who joins as a Senior Associate in the Corporate & Commercial department, brings valuable expertise gained at Sunjka Law Office, where she progressed from Junior Associate to Associate over the past seven years.

Milica Mijatovic, joining as an Associate in both our Corporate & Commercial and Taxation teams, brings robust experience from her previous roles at Karanovic & Partners and IVVK Lawyers.

Maja Celeketic has joined Bojanovic & Partners as a Paralegal, supporting several key departments across the firm. A graduate of English Language and Literature, Maja brings a unique and valuable perspective to our legal practice, shaped by her diverse academic background. We are pleased to welcome her to the team and look forward to her contributions.
