BOPA Bojanovic & Partners, a leading law firm in Serbia, is seeking for attorneys at law to join our dynamic and growing team.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years post-bar exam. In other words, around 6 years of work experience, with experience at some of the leading law firms in Serbia. Ideally, listed in major legal directories such as Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, or IFLR.
• Practice Areas: Expertise in at least one of the following practice areas:
  • Corporate and Commercial Law
  • M&A
• ‍Fluency in English is a must, as you will be working with international clients and legal matters.‍
• Educational Qualifications: A degree in Law and post-bar exam certification; membership with the Serbian (Belgrade) Bar Association.

• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Capable of presenting legal advice clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally, in both Serbian and English.
• Client-Centered Approach: Demonstrates exceptional client service skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a dynamic environment.
• Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy in legal research, drafting, and advice.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
