As part of our continued growth, BOPA Bojanović & Partners is looking to welcome multiple new team members.

Key Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: A degree in Law and bar exam certification (diplomirani pravnik sa položenim pravosudnim ispitom); membership with the Serbian     (Belgrade) Bar Association.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years post-bar exam, with experience at some of the leading law firms in Serbia. Ideally, listed in major legal directories, such as Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, or IFLR 1000.
• Practice Areas: Expertise at least in Corporate, Commercial, Banking and Finance Law.
• Fluency in English is a must, as you will be working on legal matters with international clients.

GeneralSkills:

• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
• Computer Literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Capability to present legal advice clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally, in both Serbian and English.
• Client-Centered Approach: Demonstration of exceptional client service skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a dynamic environment.
• Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy in legal research, drafting, and advice.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Time Management: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
