Nikola Gvoić is an Attorney at Law and a Partner in Labor / Employment department of Bojanović Partners. He is dually qualified in Montenegro and Serbia. Nikola has extensive professional experience in Labor/Employment, Dispute Resolution, Data Protection and Corporate/M&A practice areas. In addition, Nikola represented clients in corporate reorganizations and HR restructurings including mass redundancies and layoffs, turnarounds, transfer of employees and trade union relationships and collective negotiations, as well as complex labor disputes and commercial litigations. Nikola participated in many transactions in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia & Herzegovina, advising international clients in deals in total value in excess of EUR 5 billion. Nikola holds an L.L.B degree from the Faculty of Law, Union University Belgrade. He is fluent in Serbian and English.
